(a drop of water or a few grains of sand)
Up to 10 gallons of clean water in an open
container or rain in a 30-foot cube within
range, extinguishing exposed flames in the area.
Up to 10 gallons of water in an open
container within range or destroy fog in a
30-foot cube within range.
Levels: 2nd + 10 gallons of water,
or size of the cube increases by 5 ft, for each
slot level above 1st.
