Crank the Sneak Thief

When Crank deals combat damage to a player, select a card from defending player's revealed hand. They then choose one:
•Discard that card and take damage equal to the discarded card's mana cost.
•Allow Skimmer's control to draw a card and create X treature tokens equal to the selected card's mana cost.
