Corrupted Initiative

Whenever Corrupted Initiative enters the
battlefield, you may pay life by the multiples
of two, then add an artifact card from your
library to your hand that has a converted
mana cost less than or equal to life you paid
this way, then shuffle your library.
Corrupted Initiative gets +1/+0 for each artifact
in your graveyard.
