nonland cards from it, Exile those cards. Look at
the top seven cards of target opponents library,
choose three nonland cards from among them,
exile those cards and put the rest back in any
order. Exile two nonland cards from a graveyard.
Cards exiled with Conspire against cost {2} less
to cast and can be cast using any color of mana.
