Conjuration Overload

When Conjuration Overload enters the battlefield, the next permanent that enters the battlefield under your control permanently gains "Kicker {u}{r}" and "If this permanent was kicked, it deals 1 damage to target creature, then you may scry 1".
Whenever you cast a spell, you may have that spell gain a kicker or multikicker ability of one other target permanent you control.
