Enchant target player. When it come into play,
put X Interest counter on it. At 0 Interest
counter, destroy this card.
Each enchanted player's upkeep, he remove one Interest counter from this card, then he must pay
2 life or put a Debt counter on target land he
control without a Debt counter. (As long as the
land have a Debt counter on it, the land now produce
only {1} when tap for mana and have {3}: remove
Debt counter from land.)
