Companion's Voyage

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may scry 1, gain 1 life, and/or put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
Whenever a spell you control resolves, if one or more players paid its belief cost, you and each of those players may draw a card.
Only succeeding together with one's friends.
