When you cast Color Fortunes, each other
player may cast a copy of it.
If {w} was paid: Prevent the next 2 damage that
would be dealt to target creature this turn.
If {u} was paid: Draw 2 cards, then put 1 card
from your hand on top of your library.
If {b} was paid: Each player loses 2 life.
If {r} was paid: Create a 1/1 red rogue creature
token.
If {g} was paid: Target creature gets +1/+1 and
Protection from Enchantments until end of turn.
