to the number of skulls you control, plus one.
{2}{u}{b}{t}: Destroy target creature with a converted mana cost of 3 or less. Create a skull artifact with, "{t}: Sacrifice this artifact. Scry 1."
This one is my favorite, I got it from a captain of a Legion galleon who was thrown overboard!
