Cloud and Tifa

First strike, haste
Whenever Cloud and Tifa attacks, add one limit
break counter to it.
If there are four or more limit break counters on
Cloud and Tifa, put two +1/+1 counters on it; it
then gains vigilance, double strike, and assigns
combat damage as if it weren't blocked.
