Clean the Slate

Destroy all creatures, they can't be regenerated. Then, choose one--
- Each player discard a card and puts the top card of their library into their graveyard for each creature destroyed this way.
- Each player loses 1 life, draws a card, and adds {b} to their mana pool for each creature destroyed this way.
