Claradeen, the Lust

Whenever you cast a permanent spell you may
pay {r}{r}. If you do, for each opponent create a
token thats a copy of that spell. Put those copies
under their control with a lust counter.
{2}{b}{g}, {t}: Cast target creature spell from your graveyard for free with mana value X or less
where X is the total number of permanents your opponents control that have lust counters on
them.
