Citywide Celebration

When Citywide Celebration enters the
battlefield, each player draws a card and gains 1
life for each creature and planeswalker they
control.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if each player's life total is 40 or greater, each player
wins the game.
Happiness may vary, but everyone deserves it no
matter how big or small it is.
