{t} Put a Target counter on target creature. For as long as that creature has the Target counter on it, City Hunter doesn't untap during your untap step. Creatures you control gain " When this creature attacks, it deals 1 damage to a creature with a Target counter on it."
Whenever a creature with a Target counter on it dies, you draw a card and gain life equal to the amount of cards you have drawn this turn.
