Chrom, Questionable Ally

When Chrom enters the battlefield, if tribute
wasn't paid, gain control of target creature. If a
player paid assist, they may also gain control of
target creature you don't control.
When Chrom deals combat damage to a player,
you and each player who paid assist may pay {1} to draw a card. If an opponent didn't pay
assist, you may pay {1} to draw two cards or
return a card from you graveyard to your hand.
