Chibi bomb

When you cast chibi bomp,target 4 creatures your opponents control and put a bomb counter on each of them that says in 4 turns they go boom boom!!!! And deal damage equal to there power to there controller.
Who ever knew that a chibi bomb could be so dangerous...
