Charging Station

At the beginning of your upkeep, attatch a charge counter to Charging Station.

At the beginning of your end step, untap X artifacts you control, with X being the number
of charge counters on Charging Station.

I don't know where it came from, but I'll be damned
if hasn't made the job easier.
