Chara, Spirit of Violence

When Chara, Spirit of Violence enters the battlefield, destroy all creatures. They cannot be regenerated.
If Frisk, the Determined is on the battlefield or
enters the battlefield, Frisk the determined gets
+3/+3 and must attack each turn if able.
Lets erase this world once and for all, and move on to
the next.
