Chaos Moon (Remastered)

At the beginning of each upkeep, count the number of permanents. If it's odd, until end
of turn, red creatures get +1/+1, and each Mountain adds an extra {r} when their controller taps them for mana. If it's even, until end of turn, red creatures get -1/-1,
and each Mountain produces {1} when their controller taps them for mana.
