When Chaos Engine Enters the battlefield,
draw a card. Whenever you cast a non
creature spell, you can put a creature
with lesser converted mana cost from
your graveyard onto the battlefield.
You can exile a card from your
graveyard, deal damage to any target
equal to that card's converted mana
cost. If it is a creature, draw cards
equal to its power.
Sometimes, chaos and harmony are the same thing
