two. Each mode must target a different player.
• Target player discards all the cards in their
hand, then seeks that many nonland cards.
• Chaos Balor deals 2 damage to target player
and they create two treasure tokens.
• Chaos Balor deals 2 damage to each creature
target player controls. Put two +1/+0 counters
on each of those creatures.
