Card Cost: 45 GP
Choose one non-faction member from your
society. That citizen must then choose 4 items
that he/she owns to potentially risk. One of those
items will then be chosen randomly, and you will
take ownership. If the targeted citizen is left with
less than four total item cards, he/she will draw a
new item at random.
