Calantha of the Sea

Whenever a land you control leaves the battlefield, put a flood counter on Calantha
of the Sea and Scry 1. If there are ten or more flood counters among permanents you control, draw a card. If there are twelve or more flood counters among permanents you control, you
may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield.
