Burning Mechanic

Burning is a mechanic that can be very powerful.
Once a creature with burning blocks or is blocked
by another creature, the creature damaged by
the creature with burning gets a -1/-1 counter.
This counter appears after combat like
deathtouch, so its effects do not immadiatly happen.
