Burdened Growth

Whenever an land enters the battlefield under an
opponent's control, that player may pay {1}. If
they don't, you may put a land card from your
hand onto the battlefield.
Whenever a land enters the battlefield under an
opponent's control, if it's not the first land that
entered the battlefield under their control this
turn, that player may pay {2}. If that player
doesn't, you may draw a card.
