The fighter gains the ability to make the
Issue Challenge (Basic) action.
ISSUE CHALLENGE (basic) choose an enemy fighter within 12" Until the end of this round or
until the chosen fighter is attacked by a friendly fighter they must make a Willpower check if they
wish to make a ranged or close combat attack that targets any fighter other than the fighter who
issued the challenge fighter
(normal rules for priority target are ignored.)
