If you were to get one or more of something from any number of sources per turn, the first time it happens, you get one more of it.
(Eg. You tap 3 lands on your precombat main phase, you will get one more mana or any colour, then in your postcombat main phase you tap the rest of your lands, you get no extra. Eg. You create a treasure token, you make another one, you make another late in the turn, you don't get another one. Same with tokens.)
When you sacrifice a Relic, gain 5 life.
