When Bowser enters the battlefield, you become
the monarch.
At the end of each opponents turn, if they are the monarch, they lose 3 life and discard a card. At
the end of your turn, if you are the only player
who is the monarch, create a 1/1 Goomba token.
If an opponent is the monarch and you have
more life than them, you are also the monarch.
Whenever a creature you control deals combat
damage to the monarch, you gain a life.
