Boots of the Coward

When the wearer says the word "chicken" the boots will cast Polymorph and turn the wearer into a chicken. The chicken has a movement equal to double the original wearers, may only take the dash action and may not make bonus actions or reactions. The chicken has 4 hit points and an AC of 15. All the chickens saving throws are made with advantage and all attacks against it have disadvantage. The effect lasts for 1 minute and can be used once per day.
