Boots of Incredible Speed

You can use a bonus action and click the heels together. The boots double your walking speed
and creatures' opportunity attack against you have disadvantage. If you click your heels together
again, you end the effect. If you use this ability for
1 minute or more continuously, for each minute
used after ending the effect you take a point of
exhaustion. When the boots' property has been
used for a total of 5 minute, the magic ceases to
function until you finish a long rest.
