creature within 5ft of you. On a hit, target takes
normal weapon damage /effects. The target
sees faint energy at damge area & I other spot.
targrts turn, if willinglv moves, the target takes
IdS thunder damage, and the spell ends. At 5th lvl
deals +1d8 on hit & 2d8 if target moves. Increases
1d8 for each again at 11 & 17.
