Imbue {1}{w} (When this permanent enters the battlefield you may pay {1}{w} to have it become imbued.)
When Bolstered Ranks enters the battlefield creatures you control get +1/+1 until end of turn. White creatures you control also gain first strike until end of turn.
If Bolstered Ranks is imbued then creatures you control get +1/+1.
