Beyond Death

Whenever The Lich King enters the battlefield and Beyond Death is in play perform the following according to the number of times you have returned your commander to the battlefield.
1. Untap all lands on the battlefield
2. Exile all cards in your opponent's graveyard
3. Return your opponent's commanders to the command zone
4.The Lich King Fights every creature in play
