Azorius Inquisition

The first time an opponent casts a spell each
turn, choose one:
• Reveal the top card of your library. If it's an
Aura, you may exile it with a light counter on it.
Otherwise put it into your hand.
• Choose an Aura card you own in exile with
equal or lesser mana value than that spell. You
may cast the chosen card without paying its cost.
