Ayio, Ingenious Seer

Whenever you Scry, deal that much damage to target player, then put that many Scry counters on Ayio.
As long as Ayio has 10 or more scry counters on him, whenever you would scry instead search your library for a card, shuffle it then put that card on top of your library.
{3}{u}{r}{t}: Reveal the top card of your library, then deal damage equal to it's converted mana cost to target creature or player.
