+3: Give all Followers of Athena (creature cards in your deck) on the battlefield +1/+1 until end of turn.
-7: Create a +3/+3 Owl creature token with flying and first strike onto the battlefield. It has haste until end of turn.
-16: Place a 3/3 Owl creature token for each Follower of Athena on the battlefield. If you have none, use the number of opponent's creatures.
