Whenever Ethius enters or leaves the battlefield,
for each opponent, exile that player's graveyard
and a nonbasic permanent of your choice that
player controls. Then, you may cast a face-up
exiled card without paying its mana cost.
If this card leaves the battlefield, or is put into
your graveyard or exile from anywhere, exile
it with a binding counter on it instead.
