Initiative - Whenever you attack, block, and cast a
spell for the first time each turn, create a Spark artifact token.
{3}: Exile the top card of your library. If the
exiled card is a permanent card, Sparks you
control become a copy of it. Otherwise, sacrifice
all Sparks you control. For each Spark sacrificed
this way, copy the exiled card. You may cast the
copies without paying their mana costs.
