Armed Dispatch

Whenever an opponent commits a crime, put a
warrant counter on Armed Dispatch. Then count
the number of warrant counters on it and create the indicated number of white creature tokens with the indicated characteristics. This ability triggers only
once each turn.
1 | A 1/1 Soldier.
2 | Two 1/1 Soldier.
3 | A 2/2 Knight with vigilance.
4 | Two 2/2 Knight with vigilance.
5+| A 4/4 Angel with flying and vigilance.
