Arcane Splendor

As long as you have six or more cards in
your hand, you may pay {u} and return a
land you control to it's owner's hand rather
than pay Arcane Splendor's Mana Cost.
Each player shuffles their hand and graveyard into their libraries, then draws
seven cards. Empty all mana pools.
