Whenever you cast a historic spell, you may reveal the top card of your library. If it's a nonland card, you may cast that spell
without paying its mana cost. Otherwise put that card into your graveyard, and Arbor of Flaming Prophecies deals damage to each player equal to the total converted mana cost between the historic spell and the revealed
card.
