If your devotion to any one color is less than
5, Arana, The Creator is not a creature.
Whenever another eagle enters the battlefield, create a 5/5 eagle creature token
with flying and vigilance that is all colors. If Arana, The Creator, you may also put two +1/+1 counters on target creature.
