Ant the All Seeing

Ant the All Seeing enters the battlefield with a number of mind counters on it equal to the amount of mana spent to cast Ant the All Seeing.
All player's play with their hands revealed.
Once during your turn you may play one card from an opponents hand with converted mana cost equal to or less than the number of mind counters on Ant the All Seeing without paying it's mana cost.
