Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, exile up to
one target instant or sorcery card with lesser mana
value from your graveyard and copy it. You may
cast the copy by exiling cards from your graveyard
equal to its mana value rather than paying its mana
cost. This ability triggers only once each turn.
