Annihilation has power and toughness equal to twice the number of cards on the battlefield, in all graveyards, and in exile
{2}{b}{r}: Each player discards two cards
{3}{b}{r}: Destroy target permanent
{b}{r}: Exile target card from any graveyard
When Annihilation leaves the battlefield, shuffle all cards exiled with Annihilation and all cards in all graveyards into their owner's libraries
