your hand, graveyard, or that you control and create
a colourless Cell artifact token with "Sacrifice this
artifact: Add {c}.")
The Surveyors work tirelessly in the ruins of
expended mage rings, hunting for the last scraps of
unused Empyrea, the mysterious resource which
powers them.
