When Alexandria enters the battlefield, put a dream counter on up to X target creatures your opponents control where X is the number of times Alexandria was cast from the command zone. When Alexandria leaves the battlefield, remove all dream counters from all creatures.
As long as a creature with a dream counter on it has flying, other creatures you control have flying. The same is true for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, lifelink and vigilance.
