At the beginning of your upkeep, put a {e} on Agni. There can be only a maximum of 3 {e} on Agni.
{r}{e}{t}: Agni deals 2 damage to each creature you don't control. You may sacrifice a 2nd {e} as well to deal 3 damage instead of 2.
{r}{e}{e}{e}{t}: Agni deals 4 damage to all creatures you don't control
and to each opponent.
