If Aftermath Provisions would enter the battlefield, each opponent may pay {2} instead. If
each opponent does, put Aftermath Provisions
into exile. If they don't, put it onto the battlefield.
Lands can't enter the battlefield.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put a storage counter on Aftermath Provisions.
At the beginning of each player's precombat
main phase, that player adds one mana of any
color for each storage counter on Aftermath Provisions.
