Whenever a nontoken creature enters the battlefield under your control roll a D20.
[1-8] That creature gains Haste until end of turn.
[9-19] That creature gains Haste. Create a token
copy of that creature with Haste, sacrifice it at
the beginning of your end step.
[20] Do all of the above then roll again.
Whenever an opponents creature enters the battlefield they must roll a 10 or higher on a D20
or it enters tapped.
